UHC M607 Mini Uzi airsoft gun review
Airsoft, first gun help?
Hi, im a noob to airsoft. I played paintball A LOT but its getting expensive to pay $50 for 4000 paintballs and field fees and such. So I decided to get an airsoft gun to screw around with, and to play with friends in the woods. I love the M1A1 Thompson, but im not sure if I want something more "custamizable" like a modern style gun like the SCAR or M14 (i know the M14 isnt exactly modern, i know my guns). Just something with rails and stuff. Any ideas on which gun I should get or reccommend, with stufff like parts avaiblity, quality, and other things. Guns under $250 is what I kinda want.
i think the: m14, scar, M1A1 thompson, mini uzi, mp5a4, etc. are styles i like.
thanks
(one more thing to airsoft players...im used to bigger paintballs hitting me, my cover, and how loud they are. so what does the impact feel like, and other differences than paintball **no bias answeers please*)
Go to airsoftgi.com and browse for ones you like and read reviews. I don't recommend a $250 gun for just screwing around with but at that price range you can consider a full metal G&G m4, a full metal task force black echo 1 mp5 (figure $200-$210) also consider the airsoftgi G4 series. Cybergun/cyma does make a thompson for about $200.I just checked and all g4s are out of stock but you can get a G&G Raider blowback on airsoft gi for $210. Also consider A CYMA AK-47 or 74($180-$200) or a dboys full metal ak-74u ($160). You could get a SRC/TSD g36 for about $220. Ultimately in airsoft anyting that can be attached to a rail is for cosmetic purposes only because they are not accurate enough to justify optics and a laser is uselesss for the same reason. You can do fine with a thompson or an ak with 0 attachments. If you want the most customizable platform go for an m4.
