What paintball gun should i get? Tipmann 98, Tipmann a-5 or the ion?
I want to get a new paintball gun that shoots fast and is realiable.I play both woods ball and speed ball. Also, my buget is $200

You should probabily get the 98custom. After you buy the gun you will need money left over for a new barrel because the stock ones on all of those guns suck. If you can fork out an extra $40 then get the A-5. Because once again you will need money for a new barrel. Only if you have enough experience and think you will be able to maintain an ion should you get one of them. But remember if you get an ion you can only run it on HPA or an anti siphoned CO2 tank, that might break your small budget.
