Paintball Question: What’s the best tank and gas for Ion Xe?

I have Ion Xe with qloader. I don’t know which tank nad gas should I use. I will appreciate any help.

Use compressed air. Buy a carbon fiber Crossfire or Draxxus tank (fastest recharge rate.) 68/4500 is a good size choice.
