Help find the right vest for airsoft.?
Ok i have a jg 067 mp5 airsoft gun. i wanted to get a new vest for it, so i found this one http://www.rap4.com/store/paintball/tactical-molle-vest-olive-drab. but it doesnt come with any attachments. so i was wondering what people would recomend for attachments for this vest.
Yes, make sure you know the reason to own a vest in the first place is not to look cool, but to primarily have a system that you can carry a lot of gear on that you might use for a serious game.
I would suggest on a basic vest you at least get an ammo pouch, or mag-specific pouches, and some form of hydration. Also a basic utility pouch might be nice.
I would personally suggest the Condor Hydration Vest, the pouches I am going to show you will be fit for that.

First off, it has a hydration pouch on the back, but does not come with a bladder; which is what holds the water.

Then we need to have a place to store your magazines, we can use a basic ammo pouch like this one:

Or we can have a specialized pouch for the MP5 magazines:

Or both, you can save extra bagged ammunition or speed loaders in the basic ammo pouch.
The only other thing I would suggest, if you do not use the basic ammo pouch for this, is some sort of basic utility pouch that you can throw anything in. Here are some examples:

As you get more advanced, and find out what you need, the amount and diversity of your pouches will grow. You can find all sorts of other MOLLE pouches, from radio pouches, shotgun shell holders, grenade pouches, and even open magazine dump pouches. And with the MOLLE system, the options are large because you can move the pouches around to customize your vest depending on your primary replica and the situation at hand.
