Weight matters in Paintball Games
The weight is the most important thing to consider in wearing a paintball ghillie suit. A person should always have mobility while playing paintball so it means that the weight the suit needs to put into great consideration before playing.
A set of paintball ghillie suit composes of parts which is the jacket and the pants.
First we will start with jacket, the weight of the jacket should be put only into the chest and back area and an equal minimal weight need in both arms for an easy movement specially while carrying and using the weapons and material use in paintball.
The weight of the suit jacket needs to take into consideration to prevent the decreasing of mobility of the person wearing it and not only that she or he can move easily as well as comfortable to use; thus it should only be about three to five pounds.
On the other hand, the weight of the pants should be distributed equally on both legs have comfortable movement in the playing ground. The weight of the pants depend on how much weight a person can handle so it means that it is not too heavy and not too light. An individual must able to have enough and easy movement while wearing the pants. Pants with less that 3 pounds is the recommended weight because this will give a person enough insurance though not much in terms of its mobility.
This the only thing that will distinguish yourself from your competitors. If the weight of suit is too much, you are fighting battle with your self while also fighting your enemies in the game.

I have a huge HUGE paintball bruise on my leg,how can i know im alright and i am not at risk?
I'm trying to figure out what to do about this paint ball bruise,i was playing for a birthday party. I am 43 years old,female,and i have incredibly weak skin,and i bruise easy. But I got a bruise on the back of my leg right on my Varicose veigns,and the bruise is the size of a softball,so i want to know what i need to do,if i am ok,or if i need to go to the doctor,i cant afford it right now so i am trying not to do that,so please PLEASE let me know as FAST as possible!!

There's a product I've used called NoBruise which works best when applied before you bruise. But I've known it to work after the fact too. It's a simple, moistened towelette with a distinct fragrance. I used it after I dropped 3 cans of soup on my big toe and not only did the toe not swell, it never bruised. I was amazed. Search for NoBruise. I think it's about 12 bucks for a box of six.
