a question about my spyder electra 09 paintball gun?

okay i just got it and when to shoot it and i had the eyes on and everything and wheni went to shoot it it started chopping my balls?? i thought the gun cant chop balls if it has eyes on? was it that my electric hopper wasent feeding it fast enough or what i mean right out of the box and could it be my velocity is up to high i havent touched that yet thanks 10 points best answer

sounds like you got a prob. oil it. check feeder neck, hopper, bolt (make sure its on right,) or the paint is not good quality.OR you might be trying to shoot to fast for the gun to handle.
