Paintball accessories?

Ok, I have an MR1 Spyder.

What accessories do you recommend, including vests and harnesses?

thanks!!
Ah and please recommend a Brand for each one

thanks!

any 4+1 harness is a good idea, brand really doesnt matter so just go with what is cheap and conformable. I am sure you are using CO2, so go with a remote system, again, doesnt matter the brand, they all do the same thing. As far as masks go… JT Flex 8 Goggle w/ thermal lens. For the price and a starter mask its the best thing over all.

If you slide a lot or are on your knees, look into the Dye Pants. (i have a DM8 so i like dye!) they have built in knee pads, butt pads, and allow good air flow. However this is the LAST thing you need to pick up, they cost about 80-110$ but well worth it.
