which paintball gun would you get?
I would really like a pink one, so I like pink egos but they’re kinda pricy. What paintball gun should I get, that’s really good but not too expensive [not more than 300]
I was thinking about a red spyder pilot or pink ion.
Oh, and what’s the best kind of Spyder out there?
And i was also thinking about maybe a proto rail.
oops and one more question..
will a stiffi barrel fit in any kind of gun? atleast a proto?
First of all are you new to the sport or have you played before? If your new, I would recommend an easy to maintain spyder. Spyders don’t come in pink but the newer VS2 and VS3 have comparable fire rates and performance to the Ion. They are not that pricey either, at $155 for a VS2 and $180 for the VS3. The reason I don’t recommend a high performance gun to beginners is because they are often much harder to maintain and use properly.

If you have played before and have some experience then I would recommend something like an Ion or better, The PMR (Proto Matrix Rail). Right now is actually a good time to buy Ions because of the price drop they’ve had. Theres a good sale going on at Paintball Discounters right now, an Ion max’d for $200. The ion max’d is and ion with a body kit, drop forward, on/off ASA, Q-lock feed neck, and a 14 inch Freak Jr. barrel (it also comes in pink). The Proto Rail is an excelent gun, better than the ion in my opinion. It shoots 20 bps with the stock board and doesent need anything other than a new barrel to start destroying kids on the paintball field.

Remember that If you buy any of those guns, like the ion and Proto rail and and even the VS3 you can only use compressed air or an anti siphoned CO2 tank. You will also need a hopper that feeds at least 20bps to keep up with the gun.
As for the stiffi barrel, It will fit whatever gun you buy it for as long as it has the right threads. If your not sure what kind of threads your gun has ask someone from a local paintball store or the website you plan on buying it from.
