recommended paintball FPS?
I am new to paintball (switched out of airsoft) and i am taking care of my friends markers while he is away in the national guard. he has a Brass Eagle Eradicator & Raider and a View loader Triad. He was a novice at paintball and when i took his guns out for a test i noticed that the velocity adjustment screws were all the way in. i am going to chronograph them and i was wondering what the recommended FPS is. I know that it has to be at or under 300 for field use. any suggestions and also which of the 3 guns would you recommend i use for game use. im hoping to get lots of opinions
Nerdcore has it right, you want to be shooting around 280-290 some fields let you shoot 300 but to be on the safe side just stick to 280.
You should never fire a paintball marker over 300 fps there are no fields in the world that allow you to chrono at 350.
