Simulating the Real Thing with Paintball Guns

Which paintball gun would be better?
im lookin to get a new paintball gun. i have an a5 and it has an auto response on it but its jsut not fast enough.. im lookin to either get a proto slg or the smartparts ion can anyone compare the 2 for me? give me the better choice ? im not lookin to upload the virtueboard or anything, jsut leave it as stock. i jsut wanna fast, light, reliable gun for speedball ?
Get an SLG. They're fast, light, look sick, easy to clean, and they're pretty cheap too ($215). Ions need to be really upped if you want them to be good. You'll end up spending a lot of money just to get it to shoot as good as an SLG. I'll list the pros and cons here:
SLG- Fast for the price (I know it's above 20bps), consistent, Hyper3 regulator, weighs only 2lbs. 2oz
Ion- Slower than the SLG (17bps), sort of consistent, not very easy to clean, cheaper than the SLG (But you need to spend tons to get it to shoot decent), weighs the same as SLG.
